B Series Aluminum Hot Mill Rolling Oils
Stuart's B Series line of aluminum hot mill rolling oils have a long history of proven performance and are found in systems in the industry with the best total cost performance. The B Series product line is broken into specialty formulations for reversing and finishing hot mills, based on the inherent lubricity and emulsification differences between these types of mills. B-207 Series products are specifically designed to meet the demands of today’s single stand breakdown and intermediate mills. This line also contains the products necessary for lubricating combination reversing-finishing mills, designed to handle both the breaking down of an ingot and the finishing of a coil.
Likewise, B-216 Series products are specifically designed to meet the demands of multi-stand finishing mills running faster speeds and demanding more critical surface quality requirements. The B-220 Series takes into consideration the demands of continuous cast fed hot mills (single or multi-stand).
