Stuart offers a complete line of cold rolling oils for both light gauge (tinplate) and heavy gauge (sheet) mills. Rolkleen products cover the entire range of technology including emulsion and dispersion chemistries as well as synthethic-based formulations for improved out-of-anneal cleanliness.

Rolkleen 1000 Series - designed for use in the cold rolling of thin gauge steel strip and particularly suitable for the production of packaging steel. The prime requirements of all cold rolling lubricants used in the production of thin gauge coated steel strip are good lubricity and the ability to provide a clean strip surface for subsequent coating processes.

Rolkleen 2000 Series - designed for the cold reduction of low alloy steels for the automotive, construction, manufacturing and engineering industries.

Rolkleen 3000 Series - designed for the cold reduction of special alloyed steels, such as electrical and stainless steel grades, or for special applications such as high cold reductions.
