Every single application for hydraulic elements has its very own profile of requirements. Pumps, valves, filters and other parts in the hydraulic circuit must be rated exactly for their tasks. This also applies in particular to hydraulic fluids which as the force transfer media, are essential construction elements. The specific properties of the pressure fluids play a major decisive role in the functioning ability and operating reliability of hydraulic systems.
The variety of tasks faced by a pressure fluid result in a complex profile of requirements. At the same time, demands for environmental compatibility are constantly increasing. This is why there are not any universal hydraulic fluids to cover the entire range of hydraulic applications. Stuart develops pressure fluids to cope with the ever more demanding features of technology, ecology and occupational safety.
Decades of experience in development and cooperation with users and component manufacturers have resulted in a broad product program of fire-resistant and ecologically compatible hydraulic fluids. Originally developed for the strict requirements of hard coal mining, today the ISOMONT®, ISOSYNTH®, ISOCOR® and HYDROCOR® fluids are also used in thermal operations, for example in foundries, steel and nonferrous rolling mills, and in the automotive industry.
